摘 要:MBA教育教学服务质量越来越受到关注。结合MBA教育教学服务质量现存问题,以某农业高等院校为例,设立了包含1个一级指标、5个二级指标和11个三级指标的MBA教学服务质量评价体系,构建了MBA教学服务质量模型,实证分析了MBA专业学位研究生教学服务质量影响因素。研究表明:学校的课堂教学、课程设置、教学条件、教学组织都显著正向影响MBA教学服务质量,且影响程度依次由大到小,并据此提出了优化MBA教育培养路径的对策建议。MBA education has received more and more attention.Combining with the existing problems of MBA teaching service quality,and taking an agricultural university as an example,this paper establishes an MBA teaching service quality evaluation system including one first-level index,five second-level indicators and eleven three-level indicators,and builds an MBA teaching service quality model.The service quality model empirically analyzes the factors influencing the quality of MBA professional degree postgraduate teaching services.The research shows: classroom teaching in the school (teaching content,class discussion,degree of teaching and research integration),curriculum setting (professional course setting,interdisciplinary degree of integration,course satisfaction),teaching conditions (teacher qualification,teaching facilities),and teaching organizations (teaching management,teaching practice) significantly positively affect the quality of MBA teaching services,and the degree of influence is from large to small.Accordingly this paper proposes some countermeasures to optimize the MBA education training path.
