摘 要:为了最大限度地回收车辆振动产生的能量损失,设计了车辆液压减震器装置,并采用神经网络耦合PID控制方法,对输出功率进行仿真验证.分析了液压减震器装置工作原理,建立液压系统振动模型,推导出液压减震器输出效率方程式.引用常规PID控制方法,在PID控制方法上增加神经网络结构,采用Matlab软件对车辆液压减震器输出功率进行仿真.结果表明:采用常规PID控制方法,车辆液压减震器输出最大功率为168W,功率波动幅度较大,控制系统不稳定;而采用神经网络PID控制方法,车辆液压减震器输出最大功率为220W,功率波动幅度较小,控制系统相对稳定.采用神经网络PID控制车辆液压减震器装置,可以回收更多的车辆损失能量,提高车辆续航里程.In order to maximize the energy loss caused by vehicle vibration,a vehicle hydraulic shock absorber device is designed,and the neural network coupled with PID control method is adopted,and the output power is simulated and verified.The working principle of the hydraulic shock absorber is analyzed,the vibration model of the hydraulic system is established,and the output efficiency equation of the hydraulic shock absorber is deduced.The conventional PID control method is used to add a neural network structure to the PID control method.The output power of the vehicle hydraulic shock absorber is simulated by using Matlab software.The results show that the maximum output power of the vehicle hydraulic shock absorber is 168 W by using the conventional PID control method,and the fluctuation range of power is large,and the control system is unstable.The maximum output power of the vehicle hydraulic shock absorber is 220 W by using the neural network PID control method,and the fluctuation range of power is small,and the control system is relatively stable.Using neural network PID to control vehicle hydraulic shock absorber device can recover more vehicle energy loss and improve vehicle mileage.
