盐酸米诺环素软膏结合甲硝唑片治疗对牙周炎患者牙周状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨牙周炎患者采用甲硝唑片联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗对牙周状况的影响。方法在2016年5月-2018年6月期间内,以该院方便选取牙周炎患者48例为研究对象,以随机对照方式进行分组,共分成两组,每组患者均为24例,对照组采用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,观察组在此基础上,联合甲硝唑片治疗,对比两组牙周状况、治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率(91.67%)较对照组(70.83%)显著偏高(χ^2=8.36,P<0.05),观察组牙周袋深度(2.08±0.42)mm、牙龈出血指数(0.60±0.28)等牙周状况均优于对照组[(3.20±0.48)mm、(1.57±0.31)](t=3.56、3.45,P<0.05)。结论针对牙周炎患者,采用盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑片治疗,效果好,能改善牙周状况,临床应用价值高。Objective To investigate the effect of metronidazole tablets combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment on periodontal status in patients with periodontitis.Methods Convenient select during the period from May 2016 to June 2018,48 patients with periodontitis were enrolled in the hospital.They were divided into 2 groups according to randomized control.Each group had 24 patients.The group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment.On the basis of this observation group,combined with metronidazole tablets,the periodontal status and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(91.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.83%)(χ^2=8.36,P<0.05).The depth of periodontal pocket(2.08±0.42) mm and gingival bleeding index were observed in the observation group.Periodontal conditions such as(0.60±0.28) were superior to the control group[(3.20±0.48)mm,(1.57±0.31)](t=3.56,3.45,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with periodontitis,minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with metronidazole tablets is effective,can improve periodontal status,and has high clinical value.
