普拉洛芬和玻璃酸钠联合方案对干眼症的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的探讨分析普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法选择玉溪市人民医院2017年9 月至2018 年9 月治疗的干眼症患者110 例,按照随机数字表法进行分组,每组55 例,对照组患者使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组患者使用普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,2 组患者均治疗14 d,观察2组患者在治疗前后干眼症状评分、荧光素染色评分、泪液分泌试验时间及泪膜破裂时间并进行比较,根据患者症状改善情况评价临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率94.5%,明显高于对照组患者治疗总有效率85.5%(P<0.05);观察组和对照组患者在治疗前干眼症症状评分、荧光染色评分、泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间比较无差异(P> 0.05);治疗后观察组干眼症症状评分、荧光染色评分均低于对照组患者(P< 0.05);治疗后观察组泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间均高于对照组患者(P< 0.05)。结论普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症,能够有效提高泪膜稳定性控制眼表面炎症,并且具有较好的安全性。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effects of praloxprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eyes. Methods This study chose 110 cases of patients with dry eye in Yuxi People's Hospital between September 2017 and September 2018.Using random number table method, the pateints were divided into two groups, 55 cases in each group. The control group patients were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops, while the observation group of patients used oprah ibuprofen combined therapy with sodium hyaluronate eye drops. Both groups were treated 14 days. Dry eye symptom scores, fluorescein staining scores, tear secretion test time and tear film rupture time were observed and compared in the two groups before and after treatment. The evaluation of clinical therapeutic effects were made according to the symptoms improvement.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.5%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (85.5%)(P< 0.05). There was no difference between the observation group and the control group in dry eye symptom scores, fluorescence staining scores, tear secretion test and tear film rupture time before treatment (P< 0.05). After treatment, the scores of dry eye symptoms and fluorescence staining in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the tear secretion test and tear film rupture time in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Praloxprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eyes can effectively improve the stability of tear film and control ocular surface inflammation,and is a safe method.
