摘　　要：目的分析斜视儿童及其父母心理健康状况,为斜视的科学治疗提供针对性的干预方法。方法收集显性斜视患儿58例,采用儿童社交焦虑量表(SASC)、儿童孤独量表(CLS)、自尊量表(SES)对斜视儿童心理健康进行评价。采用症状自评量表SCL-90对其父母心理健康进行评价,并与对照组40例健康儿童比较,进行统计学分析。结果与健康儿童相比,斜视儿童心理状况存在明显的心理问题(P<0.01),主要体现为社交焦虑、孤独和低自尊。斜视组父亲和母亲SCL-90总体情况的评定结果显示在焦虑、精神病性、强迫因子、人际敏感、抑郁、恐怖、偏执7个因子显著高于正常组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);饮食睡眠、躯体化、敌对3因子得分与正常组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论斜视影响儿童及其父母的身心健康,医务工作者应该在斜视发生的早期对斜视儿童及其父母给予有效的心理干预,通过心理疏导,从一定程度上消除患儿及父母对疾病的紧张、恐惧及焦虑,纠正其心理偏差,进一步完善斜视的辅助治疗和护理措施。Objective To evaluate the mental health of strabismus children and their parents.Methods 58 cases of strabismus children were collected,Children’s social anxiety scale(SASC),children’s loneliness scale(CLS)and selfesteem scale(SES)were used to evaluate the mental health of strabismus children.By the self-assessment lists of symptom SCL-90 to evaluate their parents’ mental health,and compared with 40 cases of control group,then analysed the result.Results Compared with healthy children,strabismus children have obvious psychological problems(P<0.01).The strabismus children mainly embodied in the social anxiety,loneliness,and low self-esteem.The SCL-90 result of strabismus children’s father and mother shown in the overall situation of anxiety,psychoticism,forcing factor,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,terror,paranoia,the seven factors are significantly higher than nonnal group,with significant difference(P<0.05);Compared with the nonnal group,the scores of diet,sleep,somatization and hostility had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Strabismus affect the physical and mental health of children and their parents,medical workers should give effective psychological intervention to strabismus children and their parents in the early stage of strabismus occurrence.
