近视儿童家长对近视认知和防治意愿的问卷调查

摘　　要：目的通过问卷调查,了解近视儿童家长的近视认知情况及近视防治意愿和行为,分析两者之间的相关关系。方法以2017年6月至2018年3月在浦东新区人民医院就诊的近视儿童家长为研究对象,进行现场问卷调查。结果绝大部分家长(96.5%)认识到不良用眼习惯是近视发生发展的重要原因,避免不良用眼习惯可以预防近视,但几乎所有家长都做不到给孩子提供平均每日1小时的课余户外活动时间(98.4%)和禁止孩子使用电子产品娱乐(98.8%),只有少部分家长(16.9%)认为近视是不可治愈的,一半以上家长(63.9%)认为裸眼视力提高就是近视度数降低,裸眼视力恢复正常就是近视治愈,大部分家长(74.5%)认同戴眼镜并不能降低近视度数和治疗近视;认同戴眼镜的主要目的是获得清晰的矫正视力(87.0%);但仍有近一半的家长(47.5%)错误地认为戴眼镜会加重近视,使近视度数越来越深;相当比例家长(39.3%)不会选择给已经近视的孩子及时配戴眼镜。大部分家长(82.7%)对于孩子成年后选择近视激光矫正手术的态度是相对积极的。结论家长对于近视知识虽然有一定的了解,但认识不足,存在不少误区。影响家长与孩子近视防治意愿和行为的因素是多方面的,认识不足是其中的一个重要方面。Objective To understand the myopic children’s parents’ understanding of myopia and their willingness and behavior to prevent and treat myopia,and to analyze the correlation between them through a questionnaire survey on myopia.Methods The parents of myopic children who visited the People’s Hospital of Pudong New Area from June 2017 to March 2018 were investigated by questionnaire.Result Most parents(96.5%)realized that bad eye use habits were the important reason for the occurrence and development of myopia.Avoiding bad eye use habits could prevent myopia,but almost all parents could not provide their children with an average of one hour of after-school outdoor activities(98.4%)and prohibit children from using electronic products for entertainment(98.8%).Only a few parents(16.9%)thought that myopia was incurable.More than half of parents(63.9%)believed that the improvement of naked vision was the decrease of myopia degree,and the restoration of normal naked vision was the cure of myopia,Most parents(74.5%)agree that wearing glasses can not reduce myopia degree and treat myopia;the main purpose of wearing glasses is to obtain clear corrected visual acuity(87.0%);However,nearly half of the parents(47.5%)mistakenly believed that wearing glasses would aggravate myopia and make the degree of myopia deeper and deeper;a considerable proportion of parents(39.3%)would not choose to wear glasses on time for children with myopia.Most parents(82.7%)have a relatively positive attitude towards their children’s choice of laser correction surgery for myopia in adulthood.Conclusion Although parents have a certain understanding of myopia knowledge,there are many misunderstandings and insufficient understanding.There are many factors influencing parents and children’s willingness and behavior to prevent and treat myopia,and lack of understanding is one of them.
