摘　　要：眼球后退综合征是一类先天眼球运动异常的疾患,是错位神经支配的典型疾病。眼外肌手术可以改善第一眼位的斜视,代偿头位,以及眼球内陷的程度。根据眼球后退综合征的类型,可选择不同的手术方式。本文综述了眼球后退综合征的临床研究和手术治疗进展。Duane syndrome is a congenital ocular movement disorder with aberrant innervation.Extra ocular muscle surgery could improve esotropia at primary position,compensatoiy head position,and endophthalmos.According to the type of Duane syndrome,different surgical procedures can be selected.We summarized recent clinical study and advance application of surgical procedures to treat Duane syndrome in different situation.
