摘 要:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和实验法等研究方法,对20名女性健身会员进行为期12周的弹力绳操实验干预,测试弹力绳操课实验前后的身体质量指数、肌肉发达程度指数、脂肪含量指数及腰臀比指数,并对测试数据进行分析,确定身体形态指标的健康范围。由于在国内文献中对于弹力绳的运用在各领域中的研究较少,它的力学特征、应用价值以及在有氧健身操方面与之有关的文章也非常少。所以本研究旨在为健身女性在健身房中进行弹力绳操练习时建立1个科学的运动处方,并制定合理的健身目标,使健身女性可以随时对自身的身体形态、健身效果、健康状况进行测评、监控与调整,从而达到科学健身的目的。This paper adopted the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and experiment to carry out the experimental intervention of stretch rope exercise for a period of 12 weeks for 20 female fitness members, and tested the body mass index, muscle developed degree index, fat content index and waist-hip ratio index before and after the experiment.Due to the lack of domestic literature on the application of elastic rope in various fields, there are very few articles related to its mechanical characteristics, application value and aerobic exercise.Therefore, this study aims to establish a scientific exercise prescription for fitness women to exercise with elastic rope in the fitness room, and establish reasonable fitness goals, so that fitness women can evaluate, monitor and adjust their body shape, fitness effect and health status at any time, so as to achieve the goal of scientific fitness.
