文拉法辛联合舍曲林治疗抑郁症临床疗效及对患者认知功能 hs-CRP的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨文拉法辛联合舍曲林治疗抑郁症患者的临床疗效及对患者认知功能、超敏C反应蛋白的影响.方法将62例抑郁症患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组31例,两组均给予文拉法辛治疗,观察组在此基础上联合舍曲林治疗.于治疗前及治疗第4周、8周末采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定患者的抑郁状况,采用简易精神状态评价量表评定患者的认知状况,比较两组患者超敏C反应蛋白水平.结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗4周及8周末两组汉密顿抑郁量表评分及超敏C反应蛋白水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),观察组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05或0.01);两组简易精神状态评价量表评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),观察组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.05或0.01).结论文拉法辛联合舍曲林治疗抑郁症疗效显著,能显著改善患者的抑郁症状,提高认知功能,减轻机体炎性反应.Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of venlafaxine com bined with sertraline in the treatment of depression and its effect on cognitive function and high-sensitivity Creactive protein.Methods 62 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups,31 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with venlafaxine.The observation group was treated with sertraline.HAMD was used to assess the patient's depression before treatment and at the 4th and 8th w eek of treatment.The cognitive status of the patients was assessed by MMSE,and the hs-CRP levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).At 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the HAMD score and hs-CRP level in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P<0.01 ), and the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group.( P<0.05 or 0.01).The MMSE scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment ( P<0.01 ),and the observation group was more significantly elevated than the control group ( P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Venlafaxine combined with sertraline is effective in the treatment of depression,which can significantly improve the symptom s of depression,improve cognitive function and reduce the inflam matory response of the body.
