摘　　要：培育与发展新兴产业是区域转换增长动力、打造新的增长路径的必然选择。新兴产业的形成及其与特定地理环境的交互作用也是经济地理学研究的重要命题。演化转向以及演化经济地理学的发展,既促进经济地理学的繁荣和学科地位的提升,也为新兴产业的形成与演化提供独特的研究视角。文章基于演化经济地理学的视角,全面梳理区域新兴产业形成的研究兴起与深化的过程,从区位机会窗口、相关多样化与技术关联、区域产业分叉、政策与制度安排等既相互争论又高度互补的方面,来系统阐述区域新兴产业形成的经济地理机制,并针对当前研究的局限性提出深化该领域研究的方向。Cultivating and developing new emerging industries become an inevitable choice to transform regional growth drivers and create new growth paths. The literature on economic geography is a lack of attention to the emergence of new industries. However, discussions on the emergence of new regional industrial have gained renewed interest in the field of economic geography. In recent decades, the field of economic geography has experienced an evolutionary turn inspired by the field of evolutionary economics. This turn has generated renewed interest in the question of how to explain the emergence of new industries. This paper reviews thoroughly the formation and evolutionary processes for economic geographers to open the "black box" of new emerging industry and discusses extensively four main interrelated but contesting perspectives which are window of locational opportunity, related variety, technological relatedness, regional branching, policy and institution to explain formation mechanism of new emerging industry. Each has made strong claims about the formation of new emerging industry, but each has some limits on theoretical formulation and empirical research.In order to develop an integrative theoretical framework to understand the formation mechanism of new Emerging industry, this paper puts forward to integrate the above four perspectives and mechanisms into a conception and do more empirical studies.
