摘　　要：目的 探讨血速升颗粒对肺癌化疗患者血液指标和免疫功能的影响。方法 选取2017年2月-2018年2月我院收治的行化疗治疗的肺癌患者124例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各62例。对照组患者在化疗期间使用粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用血速升颗粒。比较两组患者的治疗效果和治疗前后白细胞、血小板和T细胞亚群水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为88.7%,显著高于对照组的74.2%(P<0.05)。治疗结束后,观察组患者血小板和白细胞计数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组CD4^+水平和CD4^+/CD8^+比值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 肺癌患者化疗期间联合使用血速升颗粒可有效抑制白细胞和血小板减少,改善免疫功能,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Xuesusheng granule on blood index and immune function of lung cancer patients. Methods A total of 124 lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy between February 2017 and February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (62 cases) was treated with granulocyte colony stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) during chemotherapy, while the observation group (62 cases) was added with Xuesusheng granule on the basis of treatment in control group. Compare the levels of white blood cells (WBC), platelet and T cell subsets between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 88.7% in observation group and 74.2% in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the platelet count and white blood cell count in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups were significantly increased after treatment (P<0.05). The CD4^+ level and CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined use of Xuesusheng granule during chemotherapy could better restrain the decline of leukocyte and platelet count, improve the immune function of lung cancer patients. It is worthy of recommendation in clinic.
