摘　　要：穴位敏化是指腧穴由“沉寂态”向“激活态”的转化过程,是对机体功能状态的实时反应,具有动态性、多样性、普遍性、特异性及功能性等特征;穴位敏化有其自身的物质结构基础及敏化机制,穴位敏化的研究是对腧穴研究的进一步拓展和延伸,有利于腧穴本态的认识;同时,穴位敏化还能指导临床,对疾病的诊断和治疗具有重要作用,是提高针灸临床疗效的重要支点。本研究将从这几方面对穴位敏化加以浅析,以期为腧穴的理论研究及临床应用提供相应的借鉴。Acupoint sensitization refers to the transformation of acupoints from “silent state” to “active state”,which is a real-time response to the body's functional state and has the characteristics of dynamic,diversity,universality,specificity and functionality.Acupoint sensitization has its own material basis and sensitization mechanism,and the research on acupoint sensitization is the further expansion and extension of acupoint research,which is conducive to the recognition of acupoint's primordial state.At the same time,acupoint sensitization can also guide clinical practice,it plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and it is an important fulcrum to improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion.This study briefly analyzed acupoint sensitization from the above aspects,in order to provide the corresponding reference for theoretical research and clinical application of acupoints.
