摘 要:以2013-2017年WOS收录的医学教育相关文献作为数据来源,利用TDA软件分析医学教育研究领域的研究态势。结果显示:在医学教育领域,美国一直处在该领域研究的核心地位,我国与欧美等国家存在一定差距;研究人员彼此之间的合作关系比较紧密,而作者机构之间的合作关系则具有国家局限性;医学教学课程及方法(医学研究生教育、医学本科生教育),医学教育人员或医务工作者的考核及能力评价等仍是医学教育研究的主要方向,涉及的学科有护理学、外科学、解剖学、儿科学等;教学方法和教学模式的转型及改革研究(模拟医学教育、继续医学教育、跨专业教育、基于能力的教育、数字化学习),医疗风险管控研究,病人医护管理研究以及公共卫生领域研究等逐渐成为研究的热点。Medical education related literatures collected by WOS from 2013 to 2017 are used as data sources to analyze the research situation of medical education research field by using TDA software. The results show: in the field of medical education, the United States stands in core position;compared with the Occident . China is under-developed;the researchers have a very close cooperation, but the partnerships bet ween institutions have national limitations;medical teaching courses and methods(medical postgraduate education, medical undergraduate education), assessment and competence evaluation of medical educators or medical workers are still the main directions of medical education research, the disciplines involved include nursing, surgery , anatomy, pediatrics , etc;the transformation and reform of teaching methods and modes ( simulated medical education, continuing medical education , cross-professional education, competency-based education, digital learning). medical risk control ,patient care management and public health research have gradually become the research focus.
