摘　　要：施工类专业是建筑类的传统支柱专业,高校专业建设BIM(建筑信息模型,Buiding Information Model)信息化技术的发展水平明显落后于企业,高职工程施工方向学生BIM能力培养需要校内实训室的技术技能训练。从施工类专业发展状况、施工类专业岗位分析、专业实训建设及人才培养面对的问题、建设目的、建设思路、实训室建设内容等方面对BIM时代下工程施工方向综合实训室建设进行了探讨。Construction specialty is a traditional pillar specialty of architecture,and the development level of BIM information technology in colleges obviously lags behind that of enterprises,so the BIM ability training of students in higher vocational engineering construction needs technical skills training in the school training room.This paper discusses the construction of comprehensive training room for engineering construction direction in the BIM era from the aspects of development status of construction specialty,post analysis of construction specialty,problems faced by professional training construction and personnel training,construction purpose,construction ideas and training room construction content.
