论台湾地区职业教育特色及启示

摘　　要：台湾地区高等教育为全员教育创设了一条成才之路,每个人都可以根据自己特长选择适合自己类型的高等教育,主要包括普通型高校和应用型高校。台湾的高等教育已经由精英教育转变为普适性教育,特别是高等职业教育通过优化学科设置,突出办学特色,通过内涵建设,积淀职业素养,极大地提升全员高等教育水平。台湾完善的技职教育体系、鲜明的办学特色、良好的校园文化等诸方面值得学习和借鉴。Taiwan's higher education has created a path to success for education for all.Everyone can choose the type of higher education that suits him or her according to his or her specialty,including ordinary universities and application-oriented universities.Taiwan's higher education has been transformed from elite education to universal education.In particular,higher vocational education can greatly improve the overall level of higher education by optimizing the discipline setting,highlighting the characteristics of running a school,and accumulating professional qualities through connotation construction.Taiwan's perfect technical and vocational education system,distinctive school-running characteristics,good campus culture and other aspects are worthy of our learning and reference.
