摘 要:目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中S100P蛋白的表达情况及其与临床病理资料的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测2011年06月-2013年06月南京医科大学附属苏州医院行肺癌根治术的103例NSCLC患者肿瘤组织及45例相应癌旁组织中S100P蛋白的表达情况,并对其表达与临床病理资料间的关系进行统计学分析。结果S100P蛋白在NSCLC肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。淋巴结转移组及Ⅲ期肿瘤组织中S100P蛋白的阳性表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移及I期肿瘤组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但其表达与肿瘤组织学类型及分化程度无相关性(P>0.05);S100P蛋白阴性组累积五年生存率明显高于阳性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论S100P蛋白在NSCLC组织中表达阳性率增高,且与淋巴结转移、TNM分期及累积5年生存率相关,提示其可能与NSCLC的进展和预后有关。Objective To investigate the expression of S100 P protein in tissues of non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) and the relationship between the expression of S100 P and clinicopathological features. Methods The immunohistochemical analysis was used to evaluate the expression of S100 P protein in 103 resected NSCLC tissues and45 para-tumor tissues. The correlation analysis had been made among the expression of S100 P protein with patients clinicopathological features. Results The positive rate of S100 P protein expression in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues( P < 0. 05). The positive rate of S100 P protein expression in the lymph node metastasis group and the stage Ⅲ group were also significantly higher than those in the non-lymph node metastasis group and the stage I group( P < 0. 05). There was no correlation between the S100 P expression rate and histological types,degree of differentiation( P > 0. 05). The 5-year cumulative survival rate of patients with negative S100 P protein was significantly higher than that of patients with positive expression( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The positive rate of S100 P protein expression increases with lymph node metastasis,TNM classification and the 5-year cumulative survival rate. These results suggest that S100 P may contribute to the progression and prognosis of NSCLC.
