摘　　要：教学质量是学校的生命线,教学质量的好坏主要取决于教师队伍素质的高低。近几年来,随着学校青年教师不断增多,青年教师在实际教学中存在的问题也开始显现。文章在长期督导实践的基础上,阐述了青年教师在教学过程所出现的各种亟待解决的问题与原因,针对这些问题提出了主要的解决途径。Teaching quality is vital to education institutions. It depends on the quality of teachers. In recent years, with the increase of young teachers, the problems existing in their teaching practice begin to emerge. Based on the long-term teaching supervision practice,this article illustrates various pressing problems and the reasons in young teachers′ teaching and puts forward some solutions to solve these problems.
