摘　　要：在危机谈判的教学工作中,贴近实战的要求已经越来越受到重视和推崇,但是如何才能真正做到贴近实战是一个比较复杂的问题。本文根据危机谈判教学工作的特殊性,从教学内容和教学方法两大视角,由简单到复杂的递进顺序,详细阐述了个人核心能力、角色意识和团队协作三个演进式教学设计环节,为我们危机谈判的教学工作抛砖引玉。In crisis negotiation teaching,the requirements close to actual combat have been more and more valued and respected,but how to achieve true closeness to actual combat is a more complicated issue.According to the particularity of crisis negotiation teaching,this paper elaborates on the three aspects of evolutionary instructional design,including personal core competence,role awareness and teamwork,from the two perspectives of teaching content and teaching methods,hoping to provide reference for crisis negotiation teaching.
