摘  要:目的:分析比较检测大米中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和液相色谱-柱后衍生法(LC-PSD)。方法:分析比较两种法的回收率、重现性、偏差和检测时间。结果:酶联免疫法方便快捷,但易出现假阳性;液相色谱-柱后衍生法重复性好,精密度较高,定量准确,但耗时长。结论:根据两种方法的优缺点可在实际生活中结合使用;可先利用酶联免疫法对大量的大米样品进行初筛,再将可疑样品或是阳性样品采用液相色谱法进行再次检测确认。这样不仅可以节约成本,而且大大提高了工作效率。Objective: ELISA and LC-PSD were used to detect aflatoxin B1 in rice. Methods: The recovery, reproducibility,deviation and detection time of the two methods were analyzed and compared. Results: ELISA method is a convenient and rapid method,but it is prone to false positive. LC-PSD method has good repeatability and high precision, quantitative accuracy,but time-consuming. Conclusion: According to the merits and demerits of the two methods,they can be combined in real life. ELISA method can be used to screen a large number of rice samples,and then the suspicious samples or positive samples were detected again by LC-PSD method. This not only saves the cost,but also greatly improves the work efficiency.
