摘　　要：研究某型半转速核能汽轮发电机测振支架共振时的振动信号特征并提出有效治理措施。建立测振支架的单自由度有阻尼系统运动方程,分析支架系统在谐和激励或脉冲激励作用下共振时的位移与速度响应关系o研究发现轴振幅值与瓦振幅值的比例系数变化情况可以辨别测振支架是否存在谐和激励导致的共振;测振支架受脉冲激励共振时,瓦振的响应比轴振更敏感,且固有频率越低放大系数越高。应通过规范支架紧固力矩、改变质量分布等措施将支架固有频率提高到转速频率的5~6倍以上及优化振动高的自动打闸逻辑等处理支架共振故障。The vibration signal characteristics of a half speed nuclear turbine generator vibration measuring bracket are studied, and efifective control measures are put fbrward. The motion equation of a single degree of freedom damping system is established to analyze the relationship between the displacement and the velocity response of the support system under the harmonic excitation or impulse excitation. It is found that the variation of the ratio coefficient between the amplitude of the shaft and the amplitude of the tile can distinguish the resonance caused by the harmonic excitation of the vibration bracket;the response of the vibrating support to the pulse excitation is more sensitive than the axial vibration, and the higher the natural frequency is, the higher the magnification coefficient is. The support resonance failure should be dealt with by standardizing the fastening torque, changing the mass distribution and so onin order to raise the inherent frequency of the support to more than 5.6 times the speed of the speed, and optimizing the automatic brake logic of the optimized vibration.
