临床医学学科ESI与InCites数据分析与提升对策——以Z省地方高校H大学(含附属医院)临床医学学科为例  被引量:2

摘  要:为地方高校制定临床医学学科发展规划和提升临床医学学科研究水平提供决策依据,利用《基本科学指标数据库》和InCites数据库,对未进入ESI前1%的Z省地方高校H大学(含附属医院)2008年至2018年临床医学学科的文献进行计量分析,并与全球临床医学学科已进入ESI前1%的最后一个机构进行对比分析。研究结果显示:样本地方高校H大学(含附属医院)临床医学学科潜力值为0.85;临床医学学科被ESI收录的论文数量虽多,但论文总被引频次低,篇均被引频次更低,论文和期刊影响力低,学科规范化引文影响力不高。由此得出结论:样本地方高校论文产出虽然不断提升,但其论文质量不高,需要采取有效措施提升论文质量和影响力。To provide decision making basis for local colleges and universities to develop clinical medical discipline development planning and improve the research level of clinical medical disciplines, this paper uses ESI (Essential Scientific Indicator) and InCites database to analyze the literature from the clinical medicine disciplines from 2008 to 2018 belonging to H university(including affiliated hospitals) in Z province which ranks out of top 1% of ESI. Compared with the last institution in the global clinical medicine discipline that has ranked top 1% of ESI, the results show that the potential value of clinical medicine in H university (including affiliated hospitals) is 0.85;although the number of papers collected by ESI in clinical medicine is large, the papers are always cited with low frequency, and CNCI is lower. The influence of papers and journals is low, and the influence of standardization citations is not high. It is concluded that although the output of the papers in the local colleges and universities is constantly improving, the quality of the papers is not high, and effective measures are needed to improve the quality and influence of the papers.
