PVA浆料对纯棉纱上浆性能的影响研究

摘　　要：为克服纯淀粉浆料在纯棉浆纱时存在的成膜性差、浆膜硬而脆等缺点,采用含有部分PVA配方的浆料与纯淀粉配方的浆料分别对纯棉纱进行上浆,并对其浆膜性能以及浆液黏度热稳定性、黏附力等进行测试分析。结果表明:含有部分PVA配方的浆料相较于纯淀粉配方的浆料对纯棉粗纱具有更好的上浆性能,可改善纱线性能,进而提高织造效率。In order to overcome the shortcomings of pure starch sizing in cotton sizing, such as poor filmforming and hard and brittle size film, pure cotton yarn was sized with sizes containing partial PVA formula and pure starch formula respectively, and its sizing performance, thermal stability and adhesion of size liquid viscosity were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the sizing performance of cotton sized with PVA formula was better than that with starch formula, which could improve yarn linearity and weaving efficiency.
