摘  要:目的比较几种桩核材料修复前牙后体外抵抗疲劳效果。方法收集非龋原因拔除的上颌中切牙36颗,经过根管充填及去冠后,分别用一体化玻璃纤维桩(A组)、可塑性纤维桩联合树脂核(B组)、预成纤维桩联合树脂核(C组)、天然牙冠(D组)进行桩核修复。结果抗折强度A组>B组>C组(P<0.01),但A组与D组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论一体化玻璃纤维桩疲劳加载后抗折力高于可塑纤维桩和预成纤维桩。Objective To compare the fatigue resistance of different core materials for anterior teeth repair. Methods Thirty-six 36 maxillary central incisors without caries were treated with the root canal filling and crown removal, followed by post-core restoration with integrated glass fiber pile (group A), plastic fiber pile with resin core (group B), preformed fiber pile with resin core (group C), and natural tooth crown (group D). Results The breaking strength was higher in groups A and D, middle in group B, and lower in group C (P<0.01). Conclusion The breaking strength of integrated glass fiber pile is superior to that of plastic and preformed fiber pile after fatigue loading.
