摘 要:目的探讨男护士职业生涯规划的现状及影响因素。方法采用男护士一般资料问卷和临床护士职业生涯规划量表对厦门市189名男护士进行问卷调查。结果男护士职业生涯规划总分(69.19±12.24)分,职业生涯规划各维度均分由低到高依次为职业发展、自我评价、生涯认知;多元线性回归分析表明职业生涯规划的影响因素为职称、职务、夜班数量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论男护士职业生涯规划得分处于中等偏上水平,但工作稳定性不足,职称、职务、夜班频率都会不同程度的影响其职业生涯规划。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of male nurses' career planning. Methods A total of 189 male nurses in Xiamen were surveyed by male nurses' general information questionnaire and nurses' career planning scale. Results The score of career planning was (69.19±12.24).Each dimension of career planning from low to high were career development,self-evaluation and career cognition.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of career planning were title,position,number of night shift ( P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion Male nurses' career planning score is in the middle and upper level,but the job stability is insufficient,titles,position and night frequency will variously affect their career planing to varying degrees.
