高职院校校内思想政治教育实训中心建设的挑战与路径——以成都职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：深入学习习近平总书记关于高校思想政治教育工作的讲话精神,遵照“因事而化、因时而进、因势而新,坚持改革创新”[1]的工作指示,认真落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的要求和目标,遵循思想政治教育发展规律和高职大学生学习成长规律,将学生成长的知识能力提升、价值观塑造、情感心理培育结合融通,革弊布新,创新高职校园大学生思想政治教育实训中心建设方式,不断增强思想政治教育教学的工作的吸引力、亲和力与针对性,通过实训中心建设营造一种实体教育典型化德育环境,不断提升高校思想政治教育工作质量,切实增强大学生对思想政治教育的获得感。We should deeply study General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech on the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities, in accordance with the work instructions of "initiating things, moving from time to time, creating in new situation, persisting in reform and innovation". We should conscientiously implement the requirements and objectives of the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan, follow the law of the development of ideological and political education and the law of the growth and development of higher vocational college students, to improve students' knowledge and ability, shape their values, innovate emotion and psychology, innovate the construction mode of ideological and political education training center for college students, constantly enhance the attractiveness, affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education and teaching. Through the construction of practical training center, a typical moral education environment of entity education will be created to constantly improve the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, so as to enhance college students' sense of acquisition of ideological and political education.
