摘  要:分摊关系矩阵描述了共有面积集合与功能区集合之间的对应关系,其元素由二者关联的布尔值确定。本文对关系矩阵进行改进,增加了关系矩阵的多级描述,明确了其对应特征,建立多功能楼分摊一次计算模型。实验表明,改进关系矩阵分摊模型具有较强的普适性,其时间复杂度和健壮性明显强于传统的至上而下的算法,适宜于利用计算机程序实现,是一种高效率、单时态的分摊模型,分摊层级越多,其效率越高,不失为一种多功能楼分摊计算的高效数学模型。The corresponding relationship between the set of common area and the set of functional areas is described by relation matrix,and its elements are determined by the Boolean values associated with the two sets.In this paper,we improved the relational matrix by increasing the multi-level description for the matrix,clarifying its corresponding characteristics,and establishing a multifunctional building allocation computation model only one step.Experimental results show that the improved relationship matrix allocation model has strong universality,its time complexity and robustness are much better than the traditional top-down algorithm,it is suitable for computer programming,and it is a kind of high efficiency and single tense allocation model,the more complicated,the more efficient,it is also a high efficient mathematical model for multifunctional building allocation.
