大学生下乡创办小微企业的内在动力及误区辨析

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略再次拉开了乡村发展新大幕,乡镇越来越成为创业者天堂,对广大有着就业压力与梦想的大学生来说极具诱惑,希望大学生能够下乡创业;为大学生下乡成功创业寻找动因并提供合理化建议;挖掘大学生下乡创办小微企业的内在动力,揭示当前大学生下乡创业存在的五大误区;大学生下乡创业面临前所未有的机遇,只要端正认知态度,识别创业商机,抛开妄想与沮丧的心理,以小微企业为载体,巧于经营,一定能获得成功,不仅可以解决自身就业与梦想实现问题,而且亦对就业创造与乡村振兴意义非凡,他们将与大学生村官、村医一样甚至超越它们而载入时代史册。The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is conducive to rural development,the countryside is increasingly becoming a paradise for entrepreneurs,and also quite tempting for college students which encounter employment pressure and achieve their dream.Thus the paper urges college students to go to the countryside starting a business.Objective of the paper is to find entrepreneurial motivation and provide rationalization suggestions for successful entrepreneurship of college students in the countryside.The task of the study is to explore the inner motive force establishing small and micro enterprises,and to reveal the five major mistakes of college students going to the countryside to start their own business.The conclusion is as follows:college students are facing unprecedented opportunities to start businesses in the countryside.They can start a successful business if they can recognize and understand the importance of starting a business in the countryside,identify business opportunities,put aside the mentality of delusion and frustration,taking advantage of micro and small businesses and running them well.
