摘 要:通过对天然鳞片石墨热膨胀并用超声分散制得石墨烯纳米片,并对其复合材料粘合剂进行分析表征。用超声分散和磁力搅拌制备了环氧树脂(EP)/石墨烯(GnP)复合材料粘合剂。研究石墨烯含量对复合材料粘合剂的力学性能和剪切断面形貌的影响,以及石墨烯对环氧粘合剂的增强机理进行了分析。实验表明,复合材料粘合剂的拉伸强度和剪切强度随石墨烯含量的增加先升高后下降,而其杨氏模量和韧性随石墨烯含量的增加而增加。当GnP的体积分数为0.125%时,复合材料粘合剂的拉伸强度达到了最大值65MPa,比纯环氧粘合剂提高了16.07%;当GnP的体积分数为0.375%时,其剪切强度达到了最大值14.53MPa,提高了25.15%;当GnP的体积分数达到0.5%时,复合材料粘合剂的杨氏模量和韧性都达到了最大值,分别为2.98GPa和149J·m^2,相比于纯环氧粘合剂分别提高了77.38%和227%。此外,GnP的添加使环氧树脂粘合剂的导电性大幅提高,得到较低的预渗值,为0.65%。Graphene nanoplatelets(GnP)were prepared by thermal expansion of natural flake graphite and dispersed by ultrasonication,and the composite adhesives were analyzed and characterized.Epoxy/GnP composite adhesives were prepared by ultrasonic dispersion and magnetic stirring.The effect of GnP content on mechanical properties and shear section morphology of composite adhesives were investigated.The enhancement mechanism of GnP on epoxy adhesive was analyzed.Experiments show that the tensile strength and shear strength of composite adhesives increase and then decrease with increasing of GnP content,while the Young′s modulus and toughness increase with increasing of GnP content.When the GnP volume fraction is 0.125%,the tensile strength of the composite adhesive reaches a maximum of 65 MPa,which is 16.07%higher than that of the neat epoxy adhesive;and the volume fraction of GnP is 0.375%,the shear strength reaches a maximum of 14.53 MPa,an increase of 25.15%.By contrast,when the GnP volume fraction reached 0.5%,the Young′s modulus and toughness of the composite adhesive reach a maximum of 2.98 GPa and 149 J·m 2,respectively,which have improved 77.38%,227%,compared to the pure epoxy adhesive.In addition,the addition of GnP greatly improved the electrical conductivity of the epoxy adhesive,resulting in a lower pre-infiltration value of 0.65%.
