内观疗法治疗病理性赌博患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究内观疗法治疗病理性赌博患者的临床效果,以期探讨其作用机制。方法选择2015年3月~2018年3月在无锡精神卫生中心收治的28例病理性赌博患者作为研究对象,内观治疗后6个月随访,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)评价患者治疗前后的效果。结果27例患者完成研究,其中20例未有再赌,7例复发再赌,治疗有效率为74.1%,复发率为25.9%,脱落率为3.6%。患者治疗后的HAMA、HAMD评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗后的朋友支持、家庭支持、其他支持评分及PSSS总分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内观疗法治疗病理性赌博的效果确切,且操作便捷、耗时短,成本不高,针对性强,值得系统研究。Objective To study the clinical effect of Naikan therapy in the treatment pathological gambling, so as to explore its mechanism. Methods Twenty-eight patients with pathological gambling admitted to the Wuxi Mental Health Center from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected as subjects. The patients were followed up after 6 months of Naikan therapy, and the Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), the Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), and the perceived social support scale (PSSS) were used to evaluate the effect of patients before and after treatment. Results Twenty-seven patients completed the study, 20 of them did not gamble, and 7 relapsed and gambled. The effective rate was 74.1%, the recurrence rate was 25.9%, and the shedding rate was 3.6%. The HAMA and HAMD scores of patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of friend support, family support, other support, and PSSS total scores after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Naikan therapy in the treatment of pathological gambling is exact, the operation is convenient, the time is short, the cost is not high, and the pertinence is strong, which is worthy of systematic research.
