摘　　要：目的分析自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的效果及对泪膜功能、角膜散光度的影响。方法将于我院诊治的64例翼状胬肉患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组接受巩膜暴露法和翼状胬肉切除术联合治疗,观察组联合翼状胬肉切除术与自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗。比较两组的手术效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3、5、7d,两组患者的角膜刺激症状评分均低于术后1d(P<0.05);术后1、3、5、7d,观察组角膜刺激症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组患者的泪膜破裂时间及散光度均改善,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉可获得显著的手术效果,应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the effect of autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium and its influence on tear film function and corneal astigmatism.Methods A total of 64 patients with pterygium treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received scleral exposure combined with pterygium excision,while the observation group received pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the 3rd,5th and 7th day after operation,the scores of corneal irritation symptoms in the two groups were lower than those on the 1st day after operation(P<0.05);on 1st,3rd,5th and 7th day after operation,the scores of corneal irritation symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after operation,tear film rupture time and astigmatism of the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium can achieve remarkable surgical results and has high application value.
