摘 要:目的探讨miR-137在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者唾液及口腔黏膜组织中的表达及意义。方法选择2016年6月至2018年12月在郑州大学第一附属医院经病理学确诊的58例OLP患者(OLP组)为研究对象,并依据病损基部黏膜状况将其分为非糜烂组(n=37)和糜烂组(n=21),另选取同期无口腔疾病及其他疾病的健康体检者30例作为对照组。利用实时荧光定量PCR检测各组唾液及口腔黏膜组织中miR-137的表达,利用ROC曲线分析miR-137对OLP及病损严重程度的诊断价值。结果OLP组患者唾液和口腔黏膜组织中miR-137的表达水平明显低于对照组,且糜烂组明显低于非糜烂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);唾液及组织miR-137诊断OLP的效能均良好,而鉴别糜烂组和非糜烂组的效能均一般。结论miR-137在OLP患者唾液和组织中低表达,可作为诊断OLP及评估病损严重程度的辅助指标。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of miRNA-137 in saliva and oral mucosa tissues of patients with oral lichen planus(OLP).Methods A total of 58 patients with OLP(OLP group)diagnosed by pathology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2016 to December 2018 were selected as study objects and divided into non-erosive group(n=37)and erosive group(n=21)according to the lesion basal mucosa status.Another 30 health examinees without oral and other diseases were selected as the control group.Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of miRNA-137 in saliva and oral mucosa tissues of each group.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of miRNA-137 in OLP and the severity of lesions.Results The expression levels of miR-137 in saliva and tissues of the OLP group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and those in the erosive group were significantly lower than the non-erosive group(P<0.05).The miR-137 in saliva and tissues had good diagnostic efficacy for OLP,while the efficacy of miR-137 in differentiating erosive group from non-erosive group was general.Conclusion MiR-137 was low-expressed in saliva and oral mucosa tissues of OLP patients,which can be used as an auxiliary index for OLP and assessment of lesion severity diagnosis.
