云南梁河傣族育龄妇女雌激素α受体基因多态性分析

摘　　要：检测分析云南特有少数民族傣族育龄妇女雌激素受体基因多态性,为进一步研究不同地域种族女性ERα基因多态性与育龄期疾病及退性行疾病关系提供依据.以164例云南梁河傣族育龄妇女为研究对象,PCR-RFLP方法检测分析其ERα基因rs2234693(PvuⅡ)、rs9340799(XbaⅠ)位点的基因多态性,结果显示rs2234693位点基因型有CC、CT、TT3种,其分布频率依次为17.1%、42.7%、40.2%;rs9340799位点基因型有AA、AG、GG3种,其分布频率依次为66.5%、24.4%、9.1%,基因型分布频率与其他种族有所不同.云南梁河傣族育龄妇女rs2234693、rs9340799位点多态性存在种族差异.In order to provide a reference for further study of polymorphism of estrogen receptor alpha(ERα)gene among different ethnic women,and the relationship between point mutations of ERαgene and diseases such as diseases of reproductive women or female degenerative disease,ERαgene polymorphism of rs2234693 and rs9340799 restriction sites was detected in Dai women of childbearing age in Yunnan,and their distribution characteristics were analyzed.The two loci(rs2234693 and rs9340799)of the polymorphisms of ERαgene were examined by the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)methods in 164 Dai women of childbearing age in Lianghe County of Yunnan,and then compared them with other study results.The types of rs2234693 gene were CC,CT,TT,and their distribution frequencies were 17.1%,42.7%and 40.2%;the types of rs9340799 gene were AA,AG,GG,and their distribution frequencies were 66.5%,24.4%and 9.1%.The frequency distributions of these Dai women were different from those in other areas.There were obvious racial differences in the polymorphism distribution of rs2234693 and rs9340799.
