摘 要:为有效解决“新生学科专业”邮政工程的人才培养问题,文中结合“多方协同育人”理念和现代邮政学院的“新工科”实践,分析了新工科背景下基于多方协同育人理念的邮政工程培养方案构建与优化的必要性,并确定了邮政工程专业培养目标,分析了邮政工程专业的就业领域。在此基础上,确定了邮政工程人才培养在知识、能力和素质等三个方面的基本要求。之后,详细论述了基于多方协同育人理念的邮政工程课程体系构建的思路和过程,构建了具有“三纵四横”结构的邮政工程课程体系,并分析了课程体系优化的思路和初步设想。最后,从学生和教师两个主体的角度分析了基于多方协同育人理念的邮政工程培养方案的实施效果。文中的研究也可以为其他高等院校邮政类人才培养提供一定的参考。In order to effectively solve the problems of talent training for Postal Engineering that was a newly-established specialty,combined with the concept of multi-party collaborative education and the practice of emerging engineering of School of Mordern Post,this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing and optimizing the training program for Postal Engineering based on the concept of multi-party collaborative education under the background of emerging engineering,determines the training objectives for Postal Engineering,and analyzes the employment fields for Postal Engineering.On the basis of these results,the basic requirements of talent training for Postal Engineering are determined in terms of knowledge,ability and quality.After that,the idea and process of constructing the curriculum system for Postal Engineering based on the concept of multi-party collaborative education are discussed in detail,and the curriculum system for Postal Engineering with the structure of“three vertical and four horizontal”is constructed.Finally,the implementation effect of the training program for Postal Engineering based on the concept of multi-party collaborative education is analyzed in detail from the perspective of students and teachers.The research of this paper can also provide some reference for talent training for Postal Engineering of other universities.
