含亚微米银无水甘油悬浮液的制备和杀菌性能研究

摘  要:以硝酸银(AgNO3)为银源,无水甘油作为还原剂和分散介质,首次以溶剂热法一步制备了含亚微米银的无水甘油悬浮液。结果表明:使用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30(PVP-K30)为表面活性剂,投料质量比(甘油:AgNO3:PVP-K30)为200:(0.2~1.5):5,反应温度120℃,反应时间6h,可以获得稳定的含银甘油悬浮液,其中银单质的颗粒分散性好,形貌近球形,粒径为亚微米级别,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和蜡样芽胞杆菌均具有较好的抗菌性。For the first time, an anhydrous glycerol suspension with submicron silver was synthesized with solvothermal method by using silver nitrate (AgNO 3 ) as silver source and anhydrous glycerol as reducing agent and dispersion medium. The results showed that stable silver glycerol suspension can be synthesized with the following conditions: using polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 (PVP-K30 ) as surfactant, the material quality ratio (glycerol : AgNO 3 : PVP- K30 ) was 200 :(0.2~1.5 ): 5, the reaction temperature was 120 ℃, the reaction time was 6 h. The silver particles in the suspension were subglobose, well dispersed, and their particle sizes were in the submicron level. This suspension displayed good antibacterial activity on Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus , Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus cereus.
