试析青少年游泳运动员抓台式出发技术

摘  要:抓台式出发技术是游泳比赛的重要环节之一,有着决定比赛胜负的重要作用。游泳比赛主要是能够在一定的距离当中以最短的时间游完,这就代表着,需要运动员运用最快的速度来完成所有的动作,其中出发动作是最能体现出差别的部分。抓台式出发技术虽然存在着一些争论,但其影响力仍然是巨大的。人们逐渐的认识到其重要性,所以抓台式出发技术越来越受到教练与运动员的重视,目前青少年游泳运动员对于抓台式出发技术采用的也比较广泛,但是,由于许多青少年游泳运动员在训练过程中经常会出现些许的错误,不能够使其优势完全发挥出来,为了将抓台式出发技术的特点以及优势得到最大化的展现,为了游泳运动员能够突破自我、拥有一个良好的成绩。所以,以下对于抓台式出发技术进行粗略的探究,从其由来到目前的发展状态,以及技术特点等进行一定的分析,让其运用能够有效的帮助青少年游泳运动员掌握动作要领,并能够运用好这一项技术将自身的成绩得到提升。Grasping the table departure technology is one of the important links in swimming competition, which plays an important role in determining the victory or defeat of the competition. Swimming competition is mainly able to swim in the shortest t ime in a certain distance, which means that athletes need to use the fastest speed to complete all the movements, among which the departure action is the most different part. Although there are some arguments about desktop departure technology, its inf luence is still huge. People gradually realize its importance, so the starting technolog y of grasping table has been paid more and more attention by coaches and athletes. At present, young swimmers a re a lso widely used t o catch t he t echnology of s tarting t able. H owever, because many young s wimmers often make some mistakes in the course of training, they can not give full play to their advantages, in order to maximize the characteristics and advantages of desktop departure technology. In order for swimmers to break through themselves and have a good result. Therefore, the following is a rough exploration of the desktop starting technology, from its development to the current s tate, a s well a s t he technical characteristics of a certain a nalysis, s o that its application can effectively help young swimmers master the key points of action. And be able to use this technology to improve their own performance.
