摘　　要：随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,生态环境和脱贫减贫成为全面建成小康社会的突出短板,多民族地区经济发展与环境保护之间的现实矛盾一直都是影响当地发展的关键。文章认为新时代多民族地区生态扶贫需要立足生态文明建设,从政府—社会—市场三个维度推动多元主体协同参与;加强教育投入和技能培训,阻断贫困的代际传递;构建具有地方特色的生态产业体系,拓宽贫困人口增收渠道;培育生态价值观念,推动多民族地区生态文明建设。With the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into the New era,the ecological environment and poverty alleviation have become the outstanding shortcomings of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The realistic contradiction between economic development and environmental protection in multiethnic regions has always been the key to hinder local development.The article holds that ecological poverty alleviation in multiethnic regions in the New era needs to be based on the construction of ecological civilization by promoting the coordinated participation of multiple subjects from the government,society and market,strengthening educational input and skills training,blocking the inter-generational transmission of poverty,constructing ecological industrial system with regional characteristics and broadening the channels for increasing the income of the poor people,cultivating ecological values and promoting the construction of ecological civilization in regions.
