摘 要:现有烧结工艺中,烧结矿取样、制样及分析过程耗费大量时间,操作人员无法及时调整配料。宝钢股份炼铁厂烧结分厂通过引进在线元素分析仪,实时监控四烧结混合料的化学成分,实现实时调整配料。运行实绩表明,使用在线分析仪指导生产,烧结矿成品率提高了1.70个百分点,碱度一级品率提高了1.48个百分点,利用系数提高了1.4t/(m^2·d),取得了很好的经济效益。In current sintering process,sinter sampling,sample preparation and analysis take a lot of time,operators are hard to adjust raw material feed on time.Sintering Branch of Baosteel Ironmaking Plant introduced an online PGNAA elemental analyzer to monitor chemical composition of blending raw materials of 4#sinter strand in real time,so as to adjust the proportion of raw material in real time.Operation performance shows that by using the online analyzer,sinter ore productivity increased by 1.70%,basicity first grade rate increased by 1.48%,utilization factor increased by 1.4 t/(m^2·d),and excellent economic benefits are obtained.
