雷贝拉唑联合枳术宽中胶囊治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎伴焦虑抑郁的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨雷贝拉唑联合枳术宽中胶囊对合并焦虑抑郁的慢性非萎缩性胃炎(chronic non-atrophic gastritis,CNAG)的治疗效果。方法选取80例合并焦虑抑郁的慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组患者给予雷贝拉唑和莫沙必利治疗,观察组患者给予雷贝拉唑和枳术宽中胶囊治疗,2组均治疗1个月,比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分及不良反应发生率。结果治疗结束后观察组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗结束后,观察组与对照组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗结束后观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑联合枳术宽中胶囊可有效改善CNAG合并焦虑抑郁患者的胃肠功及焦虑、抑郁情绪,疗效确切,安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore therapeutic effect of rabeprazole combined with Zhizhukuanzhong capsule on chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG)with anxiety and depression.Methods 80 patients with CNAG complicated with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with rabeprazole and mosapride,while patients in observation group were treated with rabeprazole and Zhizhukuanzhong capsule.Patients of two groups were treated for one month.Clinical efficacy,scores of HAMA and HAMD before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 75.00%of control group(P<0.05);After treatment,HAMA and HAMD scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and HAMA and HAMD scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with Zhizhukuanzhong capsule can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function,anxiety and depression of CNAG patients with anxiety and depression,which has definite curative effect and high safety,and is worthy of popularization and application.
