摘　　要：利用大网膜行乳腺肿瘤整形是近20年来兴起的新技术,作者回顾了国内外相关临床研究资料,对大网膜乳腺肿瘤整形的历史、手术适应证及美容评判标准、大网膜的获取方式及组织瓣的选择、术后并发症、肿瘤安全性、优势和不足等方面进行总结,分析大网膜行乳腺肿瘤整形的现状.Oncoplastic breast surgery (OBS) using omentum has been developed in the past 20 years. This study reviewed related clinical researches at home and abroad. It summarized the surgical indications, criteria of cosmetic evaluation for omentum mammary tumor, the methods of harvesting omentum and the selection of tissue flaps. Meanwhile, postoperative complications, tumor safety, advantages and disadvantages of different methods were evaluated.
