摘 要:针对当前实际使用中对跟踪转台提出的更高跟踪速度、加速度和跟踪精度的要求,文中给出一种两轴跟踪转台的实现方法,该方法在确定采用直驱驱动形式后完成结构设计,并对结构设计进行强度仿真和固有频率仿真,迭代修改以优化结构设计;对传动器件和控制方法也进行了仿真论证,最后确定采用传统PID控制结合前馈的控制方法。通过以上设计手段实现了跟踪转台在大加速度、高速度条件下的高精度指标。经过对跟踪转台的测试,转台的最高速度、加速度、定位精度和跟踪精度全部达到技术指标,证明该方法切实可行,本套跟踪转台实现方法可以为类似产品的实现提供指导。In view of the requirement of higher tracking speed, acceleration and tracking accuracy for the tracking turntable in current practical use, this paper presents a method for realizing the two-axis tracking turntable. This method completes the structural design by determining the use of the driving form of direct drive. Strength simulation and inherent frequency simulation for the structural design are carried out, and iterative modification is performed to optimize the structure design. Transmission devices and control methods are also simulated and demonstrated. Finally, the traditional PID control combined with feed forward control method is determined. Through the above design means, the high precision requirement of the tracking turntable under the condition of large acceleration and high speed is realized. After testing the tracking turntable, the highest speed, acceleration, positioning accuracy and tracking accuracy of the turntable all meet the technical specifications, which proves that the method is feasible. The realization method of this tracking turntable can provide guidance for the realization of similar products.
