摘 要:建立锂离子电池包模型,应用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法,研究进风速度、进风口倾斜角度及电池间距对锂离子电池包散热的影响,采用单因素分析与正交试验对锂离子电池包进行优化。进风速度为15 m/s、进风口倾斜角度为8°且电池间距相同时,电池包的散热效果最好,最高温度降低11. 81%,温差降至允许温差范围以内。A Li-ion battery pack model was established. The influence of inlet velocity, inlet angle and battery space on the heat dissipation of Li-ion battery pack was studied by the method of computational fluid dynamics ( CFD). The single factor analysis and orthogonal test were used to optimize the Li-ion battery pack. When the air inlet velocity was 15 m/s, the inlet angle of the inlet was 8 ° and the battery spacing was the same, the heat dissipation effect of the battery pack was best, the maximum temperature was reduced by 11.81%, the temperature difference was reduced to the range of the allowable temperature difference.
