摘 要:创新药物的核心是构建融合具有药效药代和安全性的化学结构,将宏观性质和微观结构统一到分子中,前药多以化学原理协调药代和药效间的关系,自21世纪以来更多借助生物学原理形成创制新药的技术和方法,本文从药物化学的视角简析一些平台技术的特征。The core of drug innovation is to construct a chemical structure merging pharmacodynamics(PD),pharmacokinetic(PK)and safe properties,i.e.putting macroscopic property and microscopic structure together in a molecule.Based on chemical principles prodrugs are usually designed to coordinate PD and PK.Since new millennium novel technologies and methods have been established to unify PD and PK according to biological knowledge.This article is to briefly illustrate some features of new technologies from the standpoint of medicinal chemistry.
