摘 要:为了深入掌握汽车减振器的阻尼特性,研究减振器节流阀片厚度与其阻尼力值之间的关系。在分析阀系节流特性的基础上,将小间隙节流的计算方法和薄板弯曲变形的微分方程相结合,建立节流阀片厚度与减振器阻尼力值之间的数学模型。通过研究推导出了节流阀片厚度变化时减振器阻尼力值的变化规律,为精确研究减振器阻尼特性提供了有力支撑。In order to understand the damping characteristics of automotive shock absorber, the relationship between the thickness of throttle valve slice and its damping force is studied. Based on the analysis of Throttling Characteristics of valve system, a mathematical model between throttling valve plate thickness and shock absorber damping force is established by combining the calculation method of small clearance throttling with differential equation of bending deformation of thin plate. The variation law of the damper force with the thickness of throttle valve sheet is deduced, which can provide a strong support for the accurate study of the damp characteristics of the damper.
