摘　　要：基于机器视觉设计了一套能够自动检测饮料灌装是否合格的自动检测装置,实现了对不合格产品的自动剔除。利用开发的图像处理软件判断相机所拍摄的液面位置是否达标,并由单片机控制动力机构完成剔除工作。经过试验验证,此装置能够代替人工操作,可应用于工业生产中。Based on machine vision, a set of automatic detection device is designed to automatically detect whether the beverage filling is qualified or not, and the automatic elimination of unqualified products is realized. The image processing software is developed to judge whether the liquid level position captured by the camera is up to the standard, and the power mechanism is controlled by a single chip computer to complete the removal work. The test results show that the device can replace manual operation and can be applied in industrial production.
