摘　　要：随着医学的发展,体外反搏作为心脑血管疾病的一个无创、有效、安全的治疗措施,发挥着重要的作用。但其在治疗高血压、冠心病、慢性心衰和脑卒中过程中的具体作用尚不完全清楚,现就近几年的相关文献,对体外反搏在几种常见心脑血管疾病中的研究进展进行简要综述,并对社康中心管理的心脑血管患者开展的体外反搏的研究进展进行汇报。With the development of medicine, enhanced external counter pulsation (EECP) plays a crucial role in the non-invasive, effective, and safe treatment for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. However, the value of EECP for hypertension, coronary heart disease, chronic heart failure, and stroke is not entirely clear. This article makes a short literature overview on the research progress of EECP for several cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and reports the research progress of EECP for patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the community health service center.
