不同产地“乔诺英-哈尔马格”中花青素的含量测定及分析比较研究

摘　　要：目的:分析比较不同地区所产乔诺英-哈尔马格中花青素的含量,为其合理开发利用花青素提供科学依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对不同产地乔诺英-哈尔马格中主要特征性成分及活性成分花青素的含量进行分析比较研究。结果:从内蒙古巴盟地区采摘的乔诺英-哈尔马格中提取花青素的含量较高。结论:本文首次对同一植物不同产地的乔诺英-哈尔马格中主要活性成分(花青素)的含量进行分析比较研究,利用前期研究的最佳提取工艺方法,操作简便且重复性良好,为扩大茄科植物药源及提高质量控制标准提供科学依据。Objective: To analysis the contents of cyandin in the black fruit wolfberry from different regins. To provide the scientific evidence for rational development and utilization the sorts of black fruit wolfberry. Methods: Main characteristic ingredients and active component of black fruit wolfberry was analyzed and comparative study by High performance Liquid Chromatography. Results: High anthocyanin content extracted from Inner Mongolia picking fruit in BaMeng region. Conclusion: In this paper the major Contents of the pharmacodynamics components cyanidin in the different region is compared simultaneously for the first time.This method is simple with good reproducibility,it provides a new way for quality control and to provide scientific basis for expanding the Sources.
