摘  要:高校班级学生干部选拔作为班级建设的前提性条件,彰显其在班级日常管理建设中的重要性。当前,许多高校都面临着班级学生干部选拔的现实困境,辅导员的主观性与盲目性客观存在,同学们对民主的需求和辅导员任命的矛盾客观存在,学生干部素质与班级管理实际需要的矛盾客观存在的情况,严重影响高校班级学生干部选拔的公正秩序。基于此,辅导员应将查阅学生档案与观察学生日常表现相结合、直接任命与班级民主选举相结合、学生个人推荐与辅导员日常考察相结合,注重选拔方式的公平合理,提高高校班级学生干部选拔的实效性。As the precondition of class construction,the selection of student cadres in Colleges and universities demonstrates its importance in the daily management construction of classes.At present,many colleges and universities are facing the realistic dilemma of selecting class student cadres.The subjectivity and blindness of counselors exist objectively,the contradiction between students' democratic needs and counselors' appointment exists objectively,and the contradiction between the quality of student cadres and the actual needs of class management exists objectively,which seriously affects class learning in Colleges and universities.Seriously affecting the fair order of the selection of student cadres in college classes.Based on this,counselors should combine consulting student files with observing students' daily performance,direct appointment with class democratic election,student personal recommendation with counselors' daily inspection.Pay attention to the fairness and reasonableness of the selection methods,and improve the effectiveness of the selection of student cadres in College classes.
