摘 要:针对马达偏心块液压振动锤存在能量利用率低、多锤同步代价高等问题,提出一种新型的桩锤直线冲击振动耦合沉桩设备,搭建试验平台,并对设备的可行性进行前期的研究。利用LMS Test.Lab中振动测试系统进行了一定参数下的振动实验。分析了测量的时域曲线,验证了这种设备在振动的过程中确实伴随着冲击现象,为后续研究最佳系统参数、最佳冲击点位置等提供了依据。Aimed at the problems of energy efficiency of the hydraulic vibration hammer with motor eccentric block is low and multi-hammer synchronization cost high,a new type of pile hammer linear vibration-imapct coupled sinking equipment is presented.Test platform was set up,and preliminary research on the feasibility of the equipment was carried out.The vibration test under certain parameters was carried out by using the vibration Test system in Least Mean Square(LMS)Test.Lab.The time domain curve of measurement was analyzed.It is verified that this device is really accompanied by shock phenomenon during vibration,which provides the basis for the research of optimal system parameters and the location of optimal impact points.
