摘　　要：目的通过对参加医院住院医师规范化培训学员的随机观察研究,探讨中医版Mini-CEX在规范化培训中的应用效果.方法同一名规培学员于入学时及参加培训6个月后,分别进行两次中医版Mini-CEX评估,采用SPSS 19.0统计软件对其结果进行分析.结果学员参加强化培训后,四诊、体格检查、辅助检查判读、方药、病历分析及总分均有不同程度提升,各项评分前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论开展中医版Mini-CEX评估演练及评分有助于提高中医住院医师的综合能力,同时验证了中医版Mini-CEX在医院住院医师规范化培训中发挥的作用,提示我们教学考核模式改革十分必要.Objective To discusse the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine mini-CEX in the standardized through the random observation study of the trainees who participated in the standardized training of resident physicians in our hospital. Methods The same student underwent two mini-cex evaluations respectively at the time of enrollment and 6 months after the training. We used statistical software of SPSS19.0 to analyze the results. Results After the intensive training, the students’ four diagnostic methods, physical examination, auxiliary examination interpretation, prescriptions, medical record analysis and total scores were improved. Comparing the scores before and after, the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion TCM-Mini-CEX evaluating exercises and scoring are helpful to improve the comprehensive ability of resident doctors. At the same time, it verifies the role of TCM-Mini-CEX in the standardized training of our hospital, and reminds us that it is necessary to reform the teaching assessment model.
