摘　　要：旨在探究陕西省中小企业创新力对其成长性作用路径与效果,为其企业成长发展提供决策依据。基于创新理论,构建了中小企业创新力及成长性指标体系,以新三板市场上12家陕西企业为样本,采用主成分与回归分析方法,收集2013-2017年数据开展研究。结果表明:陕西省中小企业创新力对其成长性具有显著正向作用,创新投入因子对成长性的贡献度远大于创新产出因子;创新力对企业扩张能力的带动效用相对盈利能力而言明显不足。企业须发挥智力资源与财务资源的耦合效应,注重创新成果的转化与应用,提升扩张能力。This paper aims to explore how the innovation power of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shaanxi province influences their growth and provide the basis for their decision on their growth.Based on the innovation theory,the index system of the innovation power and growth of small and medium- sized enterprises is established.With 12 enterprises in Shaanxi province in the new third board market as the samples and the data from 2013 to 2017 collected,a study of the impact of innovation power on growth is made by the methods of principal components and regression analysis.The results show that although the innovation power of the small and medium-sized enterprises has a significantly positive effect on their growth,the innovation input factor has greater contribution to their growth than the innovation output factor does.The driving effect of the innovation power on enterprises' expanding ability is obviously insufficient compared with profitability.For the healthy growth of small and medium- sized enterprises in Shaanxi province,the cooperation mechanism of production,education and research should be established to drive their development.
